Kids Ministry
We have three opportunities per week to meet and each setting has a different focus.

In addition to regular classes, we offer a variety of special events throughout the year such as water balloon fights, movie nights, gingerbread house building, field trips/ service projects as well as an annual summer camp at Lake Lavon.

Sunday School - Sundays at 10:00 am
In Sunday School we focus on teaching the Bible. We believe building roots in the Bible will benefit kids for the remainder of their lives. Using the “Generations of Grace” Curriculum, we go on a three-year journey from Genesis to Revelation, with each class teaching the same lesson at their specific grade level.

Children's Church - Sundays at 11:00 am*
After worship, kids are dismissed to gather in the west wing of the church. We divide the kids by three age groups: 4 years – Kindergarten, 1st grade - 3rd grade, and 4th grade - 6th grade. The focus during Children’s Church is applying the bible to our daily lives today. We learn biblical principles and actions such as peace, faithfulness, integrity, serving, etc… Snacks and games are also a part of this time.
*Except 5th Sundays, when we enjoy family service together.

Mid-Week Bible Study - Wednesday at 7:00 pm
This time is designed to allow youth and adults to attend their corresponding groups and bible studies going on during this time. Our main focus for Wednesday night is to allow the kids a mid-week break to play and build relationships with church friends. We spend most of that time playing, but of course, we add some Jesus into that time too with a short lesson and activity from the Group Curriculum!
